1. What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM
Check-out is by 11:00 AM
Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs additional charges:
Suites: NT$500 per hour
2. Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. You may store your luggage free of charge until 10:00 PM on the day of check-out.
After 10:00 PM, luggage will be kept by our staff.
If you need to store your luggage beyond the check-out date, a fee of NT$100 per item per night will apply.
3. What is your cancellation and modification policy?
Free cancellation if you cancel at least 3 full working days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made 1–3 days before check-in will be refunded except for the first night’s room charge, which is non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after check-in.
Reservation modifications are only accepted if requested at least 3 full working days before check-in.
4. Are children and minors allowed to stay at OANI?
Guests aged 12–18 may stay in dormitory rooms with a parental consent form signed and presented at check-in.
Children aged 4–11 may only stay in private rooms and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Are there any important house rules I should be aware of?
No smoking anywhere on the premises. A violation will result in a NT$20,000 fine.
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms or in the B1 common areas.
Commercial activities are strictly prohibited on the property.
In accordance with Taiwan’s environmental policy, single-use amenities are not provided free of charge and may be purchased at the front desk.
Example: If your check-in date is December 20, the last day for free cancellation is December 16 at 11:59 PM.
